Atradius Online Services - New log in process
We are pleased to inform you that you will have one point of access for our online services.
From the 10th of October, when you try to access Atradius Insights or Serv@Net you will be presented with a new login page. After logging in you can move between Insights and Serv@Net without having to log in again.
As part of increased security protocols we will also be introducing a new more secure environment at the same time. Therefore we kindly request you to complete a registration form when you first log in to either Serv@Net or Insights. For security reasons we recommend that each user in your organisation has their own unique user id and password. If you have multiple user id’s you will need to register each of them against a unique email address.
During the registration process you will be asked to provide a new, more secure password, complete 3 security questions, enter your email address, your preferred language as well as your first and last name. These personal settings can be updated individually at any time from within the application (under the user profile section). The registration process should take no more than a few minutes and only needs to be completed once.
In a nutshell the improvements include:
• Single sign-in to Serv@Net and Atradius Insights
• Improved security settings
• Simplified password resets
• Individual user access, enabling future personalisation
