We work closely with our strategic partners to provide technical support for domestic and international trade credit insurance solutions. The credit insurance policies are issued in Thai Baht or any other major currency by our partners, Tokio Marine Insurance (Thailand) PCL, Bangkok Insurance PCL and Dhipaya Insurance PCL.

What is trade credit insurance?

Trade credit insurance protects your business from the risk of non-payment by your customers.

How credit insurance works

Your credit insurer will assess the credit risk of the customer or contract you wish to insure and offer a credit rating. Once covered, your insurer monitors your customer and the market aiming to inform you of changes that could affect their credit worthiness. If your customer is unable to pay your bill, your insurer may  first seek to recover the debt. This may be amicably, through agreed payment plans, or through legal action if necessary. Your credit insurer will reimburse the collected debt or will pay you what is owed according to the terms of your policy.
