As digital standards, security requirements and user expectations continue to evolve, the current platform has reached its limits, so to ensure we are able to offer you the long-term security and stability you need, we have created a new redesigned and enhanced version.

The new Atrium Insights is the next generation of our portfolio insights platform, offering a faster, more modern and more intuitive experience for you. It replaces the current version, which has reached its technical limits.
To ensure the platform remains reliable, secure and future-ready. The current version is technically outdated and needs to be replaced to maintain performance and stability in the years ahead.
The rollout will take place in phases. The first release with all core features is planned for 16 December 2025. A second release with additional features will follow in early 2026.
The current version of Atrium Insights will not be available anymore, per 16th of December, the new version becomes the only active platform.
Yes. We will provide you with supporting documents and the Atradius Account Manager/customer service center will be available to support you. The new platform is designed to be intuitive, so no heavy training is required.
No. Your existing credentials will continue to work in the new Atrium Insights.
